There was a PP done last June with warrants. I wonder if that has anything to do with the price as they were exercisable at $2.25 for a 1 year period? Could be lots of stock being dumped right now as the total PP including warrants adds up to 4.5MM shares. I wonder if some of the posters here could be more specific to some of the questions being asked, if they know the answer.
