Is this company really in business?

What is this "intends to market" crapola? Indicates Vivus not really in business. Would not something along the lines of "Vivus markets and sells products through" and so on indicate Vivus actually up and running?

Also, this statement

I did not know MUSE was a company. Should not it say Vivus is partnered?

This came out on BW so I expect this is Vivus' press release so they got it wrong.

Is it just early, am I just bitching, or does anyone else see this as more of the same old incompetent BS from Vivus IR?
