Hey pop1 where do you access these TSE bulletins. The english in it is horrible. The 16th was a Friday but the 18th was a Sunday. Was the bulliten copied as you found it at the source.

If there is truth to it, all the better 1.2 million shares have already entered the market. Checking trades on the 16th shows Sprout bought over 800,000 shares.
