John...have another cup of coffee...... Muse (only) distribution rights are granted to Astra/Zeneca and Janssen...They have to cut a deal for new products if they want those rights also (Alibra, Female Sd, Incontinence, etc) Vivus (does not) have a marketing staff for the USA...it's on auto pilot till they sign a partner that will have the rights to sell Muse and market it as is done overseas. Japan is still a prize that Vivus has the rights to sell off to a sales/marketing partner like Janssen or Astra/Zeneca... More good news on it's way soon.....
