You will know for sure (intellectually) what has really occurred by the official statements made by the company. (or lack of...) Forget about gut feelings and only deal with the facts, as known. Pursue information from the company. I do not know the specifics of this company, I just have witnessed halts and understand the procedure and the emotional damage done to investors, not forgetting the $$$$ lost typically.
