"This is a mutually beneficial marketing agreement that allows us to leverage each other's marketing platform to develop unique, co-branded promotions that help drive traffic to our sites," Ken Lillie, chief executive, said in a statement."

Shop At Home is continuing to seek similar synergistic relationships with industry innovators like Yahoo! in an effort to quickly build market share for collectibles.com and shopathomeonline.com."

Shares of Shop At Home on Tuesday closed down 1- at 11- before the news was released. Shares of Yahoo! were down 3-5/15 at 159-1/4.
