With regards to the stock dividend, correct me if I'm wrong, the company will not be publicly traded?? How are you suppose to sell and and value the shares? given the minimal amount of accoutability that management has with respect to mdin (no audited financials) what can we expect if they are in charge of a nontrading entity? any thoughts on what happens to the value of mdin after the dividend...could well be that the bulk of mdins value lies in some of these spun off properties..
