" It doesn't matter whom made first attempted to tie Mr Sklar's name to that deal. The fact is that Mr Sklar NEVER had anything to do with that deal....PERIOD!!! What "CONCLUSIONS" might those be??? What I have stated, is that I find it passing strange that YOU are threatening lawsuits to posters for simply remarking on a published article yet the company, ABFG, hasn't even sued the author. NEWSFLASH - referring to a published article on a discussion board in not actionable. Also, the truth is an absolute defence is questions of liable or slander. PS what do you care whether I am Che, or Marcos, or whomever?? Where is it illegal or unethical to post on RB as well as SI??
