Super, The shares you receive in the new company should be tradeable within 4 months. The idea is to take the new company public. As for the value... this whole run up in the value of MDIN has been based on the two properties they are proving up right now, the Altos de Lipangue and the Las Dos Marias. The impact of splitting off the other properties will like be negligible. --Coz
