Reminds me of FAMH and their "merger" with a Nasdaq company, which never occurred. Blame was placed for awhile by FAMH shareholders on the other company and of course they assumed FAMH was going to be better off without them and the other company would die... It wasn't until many months later the group finally took a hard look at their own company. They did not like what they learned and have brought suit against the company seeking receivership.
