''the idea is to take the new company public'' that's the part I'm having trouble with. Not sure that we can count on that happening as soon as we would like but at any rate I guess I need to go over the news releases based on handshake's previous post -- i though all assets (other than lap and marias) went into the new company (ie., catan vein, placers, andicolo) and that mdin would not hold anything through a subsidiary.
