Hi All, Microforum Inc - Microforum signs Internet Web site development contract Microforum Inc MCF Shares issued 18,133,966 1999-05-04 close $7.05 Wednesday May 5 1999 Mr. Howard Pearl reports The company has declared that it has signed an Internet Web site development contract with Obus Forme Ltd., the world leader in backrest support systems. Financial terms of the contract were not disclosed. The company will design, develop, and implement a new Obus Forme Web site. The company will also create a unique search engine called a "dealer locator". This search engine is designed to help customers find the nearest Obus Forme dealer.
