Just my 2 cents.

My experience with PC action has been an account full of tiny lots of worthless penny stocks. Funny how they manage to sell 9500 of 10000 or 24500 of 25000. I have no experience with other online services but I am looking for info and opinions (see point 3)?

To jewels like flip:

I pay for service, I PAY for SERVICE

I checked the contract and I did not see my paying for "growing pains", technical evolution, uneducated inexperienced phone dudes ongoing education. YOU (the industry) btw do not have a right to whine and complain to ME. You may have the right with some other parties but not to me the consumer! You can bitch at the boss, the government, the guy who sold you the cold hot dog but no f'n way does a service provider have the right to bitch at the consumer! Those who do will be, and are, short lived.

As soon as I lay down the cash I have three rights:
1) the right to service
2) the right to demand service (complain)
3) the right to a refund and then to look elsewhere (choice)
