It is my understanding too that all properties besides the two under development go into the new company. I am told it could come public within 4 months. I don't have a problem with the time frame myself as all the action is in AdeL and LDM right now. I have no plans to sell any of the new company until they start proving up the other properties. When this happens, it is likely that they will do more spin-offs like they are doing now. That is what I am interested in. --Coz
