Mark, The master of this was Bob Farrell of Merrill Lynch. He used to write a strategy piece and rabid bulls and rabid bears could both read it and claim he agreed with them. Which is why he made so much money for so many years. Lately, he must be rich enough, because the hedging has lightened up.
