  Iatros Health Network Holds Annual Shareholder Meeting; Changes Name to Phoenix Healthcare Corporation
  Shareholders Approve All Proposals
  DALLAS, May 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Iatros Health Network, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: IHNI - news;''Iatros'') announced today that at its annual meeting of shareholders held on Thursday, April 29th, 1999 the shareholders approved the proposals presented, including changing the Company's name to Phoenix Healthcare Corporation, effective immediately.
  The Company's current trading symbol, IHNI, will be changed effective Thursday May 6, 1999 to PHHC and will continue to trade on the OTC Bulletin Board.

  Phoenix Healthcare Corporation owns, leases, or manages seven long-term care facilities and two assisted living facilities in the New England region, and also provides rehabilitation therapy services through Trinity Rehab, Inc. its wholly owned subsidiary. Trinity provides physical, occupational and speech therapy services to long-term care providers through 131 private contracts in Oklahoma and Texas. The Company also operates Southland Medical Supply, Inc. which provides medical supplies to hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living facilities in 16 states.
