Interestinfg Jim. I have the same problem as ML. Whenever I start to see my portfolio rack up returns that are extremely above my norm, I can bet that the market is about to turn. Inflationary pressure = a good time to look at REITs. Sector is oversold, cheap and stands to benfefi from the economic developments. AS
