Board (located and licensed in the Commonwealth of Dominica)-- GGNC is pleased to now announce the 100% acquisition
of the premier and profitable Post Time Sports Book Ltd., as reported on March 31, 1999 by PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Post Time Sports (PTS) was first fully licensed as an international sports wagering service by the British West Indies
government of Antigua on June 26, 1997. PTS is regulated by the Antiguan Gaming Commission and operates within stringent
guidelines. As a fully licensed sport wagering service, PTS will continue to operate at its level of professionalism to provide
