CSCC has much less installed base of ATM than other three. If I remember correctly, 5 of 7 RBOCs MAINLY chose CSCC for Frame Relay not ATM although their ATM products have gained acceptance. Currently ATM revenue only accounts about 20% or less 20% of CSCC total revenue.

I don't think CSCC's ATM product line is weak, nor strong comparing to other three (STRM, NN, and Nortel). C500s support broard range of bandwidth and is very scalable but other three also have comparable products such as STRM's BPX, NN's Mainstreet and NT's Magellan Concorde.
