Misinformation has been posted regarding Genesis's press release dated April 28th, 1999. this release was originated and first released by Tri-Vista Entertainment & Media, then re-released by Genesis.
Genesis has entered into an Advertising Contract with Tri-Vista Entertainment & Media (Erogen), for the purpose of providing various types of advertising and marketing for the Tri-Vista product line,
which includes "Erogenex".
Genesis's due diligence has produced sufficient supporting documentation to indicate clear ownership of the name "Erogenex", by Tri-Vista Entertainment & Media.

The Agreement between Genesis and Tri-Vista to market this product is also clear, and Genesis is not a party to any dispute over this product.
