Per: the Co. we should expect news this afternoon or tomorrow (likely this afternoon) about the Company's financing, which I was previously advised by the company is a best efforts deal for $5 million (U.S.). The Company advises that the majority of the offer has been sold (approx. 95%). The Company also noted that there are other significant items in the news release. Good luck and hold tight.
