Small caps in general appear to be doing better than large. Both the Russel 2000 and the S&P 600 small cap index crossed above their 200 and 50 dma's in early April and have been trending upward. If the market stays in a trading range we'll probably see small caps rally before any market crash. Right now I only own two oil stocks: tcms and pgei. Both are microcaps by all measures. PGEI is up today and tcms is flat but will break out within the next few days after consolidating.
