Marcus,

1) A juice bar might produce about the same as a StarBucks Coffee Shop, provided it is in a v. hot location. Otherwise, I suspect it will do about as much as a road side Ice Cone stand during the summer months in the southern part of US - barely enough for an average income.

2) 144 shares of stock is meaningless, amounts to less than $200.00 and if its 144k it means less than $200,000.00, a mere drop in the bucket.

3) There is nothing about this company at present that is compelling.
