Sonny,

Yes, we need to keep things in perspective. The disaster in Kansas and Oklahoma this week is a sobering reminder of the relatively puny status we have on this planet. And it's only one of many this past couple of years. It seems like the weather patterns have changed to become more extreme in the past couple of years.

This morning is a real downer for the market, although it is now coming back a bit. AOL is really on sale today. It is probably a good time to buy in. I won't be buying, because even with the pullback I feel I have enough shares going forward. If the price gets low enough I suppose I will be tempted.

Cyrix (National Semi, actually) seems to have thrown in the towel. I think that's a wise decision, given the problems they have had with their designs. Ironically, they had a good design but it was too big and complex to manufacture easily, and therefore too costly. However, the market has not given recognition to Intel in response. Maybe tomorrow.

Best,

-musea
