PSDI Announces New Version of MAXIMO Maintenance
Management Software For Microsoft SQL Server

CAMBRIDGE, Mass., March 5 /PRNewswire/ -- PSDI (Nasdaq: PSDI) today
announced a new version of its flagship MAXIMO(R) maintenance management
software for the Microsoft SQL Server(TM) database. The new SQL Server
versions of MAXIMO Enterprise and MAXIMO Workgroup allow enterprises to
achieve significant cost and productivity savings by leveraging the latest
technology for maintaining the useful life of their capital assets. The SQL
Server version further expands PSDI's breadth of product line for
manufacturing, facilities, and a host of other vertical markets, and gives
PSDI one of the widest ranges of supported databases in the client/server
maintenance management software industry.

introduce SQL Server into mid-range and large maintenance operations that
require industrial strength, client/server enterprise solutions," said Brooke

PSDI's MAXIMO for SQL Server version 6.5 will be available later this
month for Windows NT servers, including NT 3.5.1 and NT 4.0, supporting
Windows95, Windows95B, all Windows 3.x systems, and NT 3.5.1 and NT 4.0
clients. PSDI also sells MAXIMO ADvantage which is available on the Microsoft
Access platform. MAXIMO also supports Oracle, Sybase, Oracle for Workgroups,
and Centura's SQLBase platforms.
