Anyone else got info?

My "Mole" says that they are madder than hell and filing a class action suit. Ericson could use this as an excuse to renegotiate or back out of the deal.

Any major "boo-ha-ha" could affect the stock price. The problem is, if the company was sold, the clause in the options says that the options are lost, but, this problem is not spelled out in the case of the division being sold.

I suspect that Q will settle with them with some sort of compromise option program. They don't want this situation to blow up the deal.
