No, there have been no recent mention of the lawsuit since the next court date is not until next year. I confirmed this in a recent call.

I called the other day and asked about the samples that are stored in South Africa and wondered about when we might learn the results. It was stated that these samples are from another area different from the one the company is focusing on at the moment.
