Ron... Why does the company claim to have 5million shares out when Dec. 95 financials show 7+ million? Why has the company not filed a 10q since Dec.95? How can the company add it's year end market capitalization to it's balance sheet giving it a positive net worth? Is it true the company has had less than $500,000 dollars revenue since 1987? Can anyone help me answer these questions
