I do want all of the Novell employees here! They can say anything they want, I consider what they say to be valuable insight into what is really happening to our investment.

I think many of them feel personally offended by some of the posts on this thread. It's obvious that they are feeling the heat from us, and I think we can feel re-assured that the people within Novell are more likely to have to face up to our concerns as a result. It's only natural for them to try and defend themselves and the organization that they are a part of. We need to look past the 'feelings' and try to get a handle on what objectives and results they are seeing ... it will be a good indicator of how effective the management actually performs ... from what I've seen, not good enough. Shutting down the employees will only wind up depriving all of us of some of the information we need to evaluate the company's management.
