American Millennium Corp., Inc. Introduces
SATELLITE MAILBOX

OAK CREEK, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 27, 1999--American Millennium
Corporation, Inc. (AMCI) (Nasdaq OTC:AMCI - news) introduces its SATELLITE
MAILBOX(tm) that provides a wireless solution allowing users to send and receive e-mail from anywhere on the planet.

AMCI developed this product for the oil and gas mobile work force allowing them to stay in touch, through e-mail, regardless
of their location.

''With our SATELLITE MAILBOX(tm), a worker at a site in the jungles of South America or on an oil platform in the North
Atlantic can communicate with the company as simply as if he were at his desk. With a clear view of the sky, he can send and
receive e-mail using technology provided by AMCI, '' said Stephen F. Watwood, AMCI's Executive Vice President of
Business Development.

The SATELLITE MAILBOX(tm) can be used in a vehicle, utilizing the vehicle battery, or can be taken mobile, utilizing the
units own onboard battery. The unit communicates through the ORBCOMM(c) Low-Earth Orbiting Satellite system (LEO's).
Each unit has its own unique e-mail address, according to Watwood.

''Adding the GPS option to the unit allows the mobile worker to interface with most of the off-the-shelf mapping programs and
the company can track the worker's location,'' Watwood added. ''By utilizing the optional data acquisition and monitoring
inputs (I/O), the unit becomes a mobile logger/monitor with near real-time communication anywhere in the world.''

''AMCI's SATELLITE MAILBOX(tm) connects to a laptop's COM port using a standard serial port extension cable.
Software written to run on any PC is used to send and receive e-mail as well as program the unit for logger/monitor functions,''
according to Bruce R. Bacon, Vice President of Engineering and Chief Technology Officer.

The basic unit, which is smaller than a laptop, comes packaged in a tough, damage resistant, weather-tight enclosure with a
detachable telescoping antenna, on-board battery pack, and AC and DC charging cables. A magnetic base for the antenna is
available for vehicle use. The basic unit sells for under $700. Both the GPS and I/O modules can be added for only $200.
AMCI's monthly subscription packages start at $29.95, which includes the monthly connection fee and a fixed amount of data
transmission per month. Unlike the traditional method of billing used by the telephone industry, AMCI offers billing based on
the message size rather than the time used for transmission.

AMCI is a value-added reseller for Dulles, Virginia based ORBCOMM USA, L.P., a provider of low-earth orbit (LEO)
satellite-based data and message communication services. ORBCOMM is a partnership owned by Orbital Sciences
Corporation (NYSE:ORB - news) and Teleglobe Inc. of Canada (NYSE:TSE and ME:TGO). To date, ORBCOMM has
launched 28 LEO satellites. AMCI's current value-added solutions include two-way communication for remote oil and gas
sites, as well as being able to monitor multiple functions aboard railcars and intermodal containers.

This press release contains forward-looking statements that involve risk and uncertainties that could cause the company's actual
results and experience to differ materially from anticipated results and expectations expressed in these forward-looking
statements. In particular, AMCI's plans may be revised, and its actual results may differ materially from that indicated by its
current plans
