Your post tells me we are close to a bottom--within a day or two. This is the hardest part for longs to keep their heads. The final panic selloff plays havoc with the fear emotion because the drop is so precipitous. It makes the brain think that the selloff is escalating, and it is, but the mind projects that escalation into the future and the brain says, this thing will be at zero in about 3 days at this rate. The shorts on the other hand scramble to lock in fast and easy profits, putting in the bottom.
