Money has a time value. If you do not believe that it will earn
you money over time then it is losing you money. The smart thing
to do would be move on not standing still while your money loses
value. I bought because I happen to think the company will make
me money and not in the long term but in the short term. I might
be wrong. Been wrong before. When everyone was selling ValueJet
I was buying. Three weeks later I sold and doubled my money.
Novell is an instrument to make money (hopefully). If I have
done my homework and DD then I will make some money. If not, I
will sell and move on. My time is too valuable to waste talking
to brick walls. I make a living buying and selling stocks. IMHO
this company is turning around and will make investors money.
Bad mouthing the company is not only a waste of time but actually
a confession that you don't know how to evaluate and invest in a
company. I guess that's why they have mutual funds, savings
accounts and social security. Novell engineers are in demand
worldwide and you don't find them on unemployment. The company
has made some mistakes, bad judgements, etc. My research tells
me they have turned the corner. The network stocks in general
have taken a beating. I happen to like them for this year.
