Had a friend ( Rheumatologist and director of clinical trials unit at a Boston teaching hospital) get back from CA last week after attending the AAAI meeting ( Allergy and Immunology). She heard Immulogic present and her feeling was that the data although significant is a little soft. Apparently Genentech has a recombinant anti-IGE antibody that has those in the field somewhat excited. They're still in early development stages but IMUL better get on the ball with a partner before that ugly beast named competition appears on the horizon.
