Dave, seems like a silly question, but I would think in the mid teens. Even though you can easily support a valuation based on price/pe/sales or book of mid twenties.

I'll tell you why I think it is a silly question though. The company has drawn down funds from Lehman and Oppenheimer and Bankers Trust to redeem the bonds. Those funds MUST have been secured by the IPO.In other words they would not have been given without express assurances that it would be filed.

To me, the train has left the station.

The only possible reason Softbank might not be part of the deal would be if IDT found a better partner combination. They obviously were sold and said so.

Good luck in trying to find negative things about the company though. I don't think there asre too many.
