<You said T will use Comcast for telephone. I understood it was the other way around. That is, Comcast will use T for telephone and T agrees to charge no more than its lowest charge to other carriers. By the way, it looks like that telephone will be circuit switched phone from Antec. >

Yes, it's nearly 4 in the morning here in Australia. So, T looks like it will have to use circuit switched technology because VoIP doesn't seem to exist, yet.

My question to you though, is what does the Microsoft announcement mean? If they install their OS on set top boxes, does this in anyway displace HLIT, Antec or others?

Does Comcast taking a piece of the Media One pie add to HLIT's position?

I recently bought in a 37 3/4 and I've been kicking myself for not taking a profit. Tried to get out last night at 44 1/4 but didn't fill. I think the price got a head of itself, but this news would seem to all be very positive for HLIT and yet we see the market doesn't care.

Regards,

Mark
