In the past during this time (last week of second month of the quarter or first 2 weeks of last month of the quarter) the news about insiders selling is made public and the stock gets a beating because of that. But the selling does not reflect anything bad on the company. It is just that those insiders get rewarded by stock options each quarter based on their performance. And by how Sun has performed I will not be surprised to see options given away to a lot of insiders who try to cash in so they can enjoy the life a bit better! This is not to say that I am aware of any such sellings but just by looking at the past pattern and how the stock has performed I will not be surprised to hear of such news. Which is absolutely OK and is not unusual for SUNW.
