Agreed. DOCS burned the cash to grow the channels and the business without watching the bottom line. Basic management was not there even when the management recognized it and commented on it almost two years ago. e.g. DSO. BOD slept through the whole thing since CEO was also the COB.

Now of course some one wants to pick them up for cheap. No question I will go with the best deal. At this time, all things being equal I'd have tendered to HUMC although I don't particularly like that deal. The present offer from OTEX is not attractive enough for me to tender. So let's see who comes up with something better. Pity though. This could have been a very strong company and stock.
