Today's IPO NPNT From ipocentral site: NorthPoint installs its DSL equipment in a local telephone company's central office and leases existing copper telephone lines, through which it provides high-speed, dedicated data transmission. The company markets its services to Internet service providers (ISPs), broadband data service providers, and local and long-distance telephone companies, which resell the services, primarily to small and medium-sized businesses. NorthPoint operates in 15 US metropolitan markets. Investors include Intel, At Home, Frontier, and Verio. Any idea what type of DSL equipment they are installing? Its interesting that At Home is an investor. Regards, Scott
