I agree, just any old news won't do it. But in the case of companies like IPZ there is the potential for major fundamental news.

I would expect:
a)Funding announcement
b)Launching of pcfax.com
c)some sort of NY investment house sponsorship
d)Possibly a takeover (since the upside is major and the market price is small.

I hate making predictions because people would just say I am pumping it so I just try to limit my posting to my trading activity. I'm Long! Remember BID.com always said nothing was going on too.
