And I am not surprised (though disappointed) that reporters from other News Wires aren't viewing this fiasco with more objectivity...

Lol. Translation: "I am shocked and disappointed that they don't agree with ME". Actually, Cindy, that should tell you something. Many things, in fact. It should give you some idea what they learned when they consulted legal experts, and it should help you understand how journalists feel about First Amendment rights. And get it straight: BW doesn't employ reporters, or publish "original" news. It distributes company press releases.
