That's the problem Stroke: Almost none of us even make rules. Then if we do we don't stick with them. My advice is to do both. I've lost too much money doing it the other way. Minimize your losses. Think how much money we would all make if we were satisfied with smaller gains? Say 30% on any stock. Then if we sold on 20% down but managed to find 2 winners for every 1 losers. Someone will have to figure this out for me because I'm not a mathematical wizard but you would eventually make a lot of money. Time for lunch! Bye, Jeff
