I've heard the same, but I haven't heard why they are madder than hell. I understand that some are upset because they are not getting the same deal that NextWave and Wireless Knowledge allegedly got, i.e.
keeping their options. This would save the employees a mighty tax bill.
MAny of the infra people currently stand to make between $500K and $2000K pre-tax.

I wish I had their problem
