Thanks Glenn for the warm welcome. Actually this is my 2nd trip... I am confident that this journey will be another profitable one. I would be worried if the orders have slow down but a little bit of glitches in manufacturing will be resolved soon. Look at the big picture, NN is on the right track where the market demand is still growing. Jon
