Bill,

With this President, I don't believe that anything
qualifies as an impeachable offense. The Constitution
states that "Treason, bribery, and high crimes and
misdemeanors" qualify as impeachable offenses. Bill
Clinton has committed all of them. Now he sits on
this throne like Napoleon, drunk with power.
