Hey,Trilobyte and all the "old-timers" things are happening at our little company DFXI. I just spoke with Debbie Merz 1-360-418-6162. She has been Brian Cook's assistant for 3 years and as of today their new IR person.Earnings will be out the end of this month. 1st qt. sales in about 2 weeks along with the annual report. Of course she would not reveal numbers, but said Bowflex sales are still strong and the Nautilus sleep system is also doing well.

They are revamping the Nautilus line focusing on the 2ST line. They are focusing on international sales and more toward the consumer end with Nautilus. They have new sales and marketing team in place to take this company to the next level.They are looking at several prototypes of various products to be included under the DFXI umbrella.They are looking at future applications for the internet and have hired a webmaster to facilitate this. She said they have a new website Direct Focus Inc.com but I have not tried that address yet.

The reason for the price drop is they have an agreement with the underwriter at 19-21 per share which was the price a few weeks ago when deal made. Since then investors or traders bought stock in anticipation of a U.S. listing and therefore the price ran up. They have to honor the deal as signed. When asked why they abandoned the TSE she said good question. I gave some of your concerns to her. She will talk with Rod and get back to me with answers. Keep the faith. I think we have a lot further to go. MH
