I agree that this latest move appears to merely be another cynically manipulative ploy motivated by greed, and I continue to stand by my April 1998 remarks: Message 4006264 The nearest thing to a positive take that I can offer is my surprise that the proposal is for a mere 1-for-3 split. They must be losing their nerve. Quite frankly, I don't believe this company deserves to be listed anywhere. HT
