I can't speak for J Shill, or Business Wire's Legal Advisors. I am not judge or jury, prosecutor or defense attorney. I am just trying to view this with a fair mind and in the context of what I would have or wouldn't have done in order to avoid this situation.

The damages that allegedly have been done are going to have to be ascertained by the party that has been wronged, and the judge hearing the case, and not determined via Kangaroo Court on Silicon Investor.
