This is where great management comes into play. Vision and sense of market are great leadership skills that can take the limited financial and people resources and direct them to a goal. Great accomplishment can happen with such management in place. As pointed out JMAR management has not proven this capability.

P.S. Please don't re-direct with info. on recent management assignments. They have to prove this ability...it is not apparent yet.

P.S.S: It takes a great manager to hire ones who have better skills than oneself. Can Mr. M do this. Time will tell. Completion of items ahead of schedule and beyond expectations are good indicators.
