but RTev and myself have been battling this one out both on this Board and on the ATHM Board for a few weeks now. Oh sure. Rub it in... Still though, I don't think the RR + ATHM combo is a done deal. I still see that as the regulatory concession that gets the rest of the deal done. I suspect that they'll need to give up something more than those subscribers that Comcast is buying. Creating a strengthened RR (with Microsoft as managing partner?) would be just the thing to offer up as sacrifice. But I got back into ATHM today just in case I'm wrong (and even if I'm right).
