Now I'm stuck. Clinton is using the "R" word on Milosevich. He's going hog wild with some "tragedy" photo and AP press release ops today. I also note that he is using the term "paramilitary thugs" to identify perps in Kosovo. On the one hand he calls Milosevich the murdering rapist. Sort of like calling Martin Luther King a getto looter. Not exactly but I hope you get my drift. It seems, bill might be covering his butt now that some of the CNN news releases are being questioned. Is it that he needs a back up group to blame for atrocities, in the event that the Serb military washes as simply defenders of the homeland. Paramilitary means "not" the actual military, right?
